The Group Training Programme is designed for ladies and Men that struggle to exercise on their own and are looking for group motivation

We have worked with ladies and men for over 12 years now helping them "eat better and move more"

Our Programme will give you fantastic support, group workout sessions on a flexible timetable and an optional group nutrition programme that wont take away the foods you enjoy. 

We know even more people need our help right now!

The Programme will show you how to work out safely and effectively under the guideance of fully qualified exercise coaches, eat foods that you want to eat, to lose or maintain weight (you dont have to give up everything you enjoy!) and provide you with a fantastic support group of people that are all focussing on the same thing.

6.15am Sessions - The Reef Youth Club - Colehill 

9.30am Sessions - Wimborne Football Club 

7pm Sessions - Colehill First School 

Saturday 7am - Redcotts Park 

Saturday 8.30am - Colehill First School


What Happens After The Trial Week?

Once you have completed your trial session we will offer you the chance to come and trial 1 Month with us at our membership prices listed below or you simply walk away.


2 Sessions a week - £59 for the month (£7.37 a session)

3 Sessions a week - £69 for the month (£5.75 a session)

4 Sessions a week - £79 for the month (£4.93 a session)


Prices above are our normal monthly membership costs (No crazy price hikes after!)
